Refund & Return Policy

At Sotota Shop BD, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Return
You may request a return or replacement if the product you received is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for products damaged due to customer misuse, items returned without original packaging, products returned after the allowed time period, or sale and discounted items unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Return Process
To request a return or refund, please email hellosototashopbd@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 to 3 working days.
Refund Policy
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or an alternative method if required. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through mobile banking or bank transfer.
Return Shipping
If the issue occurred due to our mistake, return shipping costs will be covered by Sotota Shop BD. If the return is due to customer preference, shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
